I was housesitting up at a friend's place at the top end of Elm Grove in Brighton. In her house was a gas cooker. I find the sounds and smells of these machines so comforting. I decided to make myself a proper fry up, so I went to London Road and bought some eggs and black pudding from Jason's and sausages and bacon from Principle Meats. The beans came from Aldi. I didn't get round to adding toast, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes or hot drinks, so watch this space!

The recording was made at about 8:15pm.
